L'Approdo - Room-Rates - 2012

• Rates are per person/ per night based on double occupancy

• Reduction for 3rd & 4th bed: Children from 0 to 3 are free in the room with a baby cot/crib (pays only food/drink); Children  from 3 to 10 years old receive a 50% discount,  from  11 years old + receive a 10% discount

• B&B rates are not available (n/a) during periods 30 June - 31 August

• Air conditioning available only from 1 July - 31 August (from 12 a.m. until 1 a.m.)

• 28 July through 24 August  - minimum stay 2 weeks & no children under 3 years old & pets not allowed

• 22 Junior Suites (standard rooms)  - can sleep 3 people - NOTE:  .  This is one big room that has 1 double bed & a sofa bed that sleeps only one person, bathroom with shower or tub, TV, mini bar, safe, balcony sea view .  

• 18 Suites  - sleeps up to 4 people - NOTE:  These are comprised of entrance/living room with 2 single beds/settees, 1 double bedroom, kitchenette, TV, bathroom with shower, mini bar, safe, balcony sea view. 

RESIDENCES/APARTMENTS (Saturday to Saturday)

NOTES: 

• The indicated prices are per apartment/ per week (Saturday to Saturday) for the indicated number of beds.  Note:  Extra bed (where possible) supplement € 130,00 per week.

• Breakfast is not included.  Included in the price: Bed linen (change delivered after one week), Final cleaning except for Kitchenette, Air Conditioning (July/Aug),  and Consumption of water, gas, electricity.

• Check in Saturday after 4 p.m. and Check out Saturday before 10 a.m.

• 28 July -  24 August - MINIMUM 2 weeks stay (pets NOT allowed)

• 28 July - 24 August - no children under 3

Bilo 5 (6 apartments): Living room with 3 single beds (settees), kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, TV, Balcony sea view, telephone, Air conditioning (July/August).  Sleeps 5. 

Top Bilo 5 (8 apartments):  2 Bedrooms (1 Bedroom with double bed &1 bedroom with two single beds), Living room with Kitchenette and couch/settee, 1 Bathroom, Terrace sea view, TV, telephone, Air Conditioning (July/August).  Sleeps 5. 

Note:  the apartments have fridges, 2 burners and a small electric oven
