The Romantik
Hotel "Villa Sirio" of S. Maria di Castellabate is located right on the
seafront overlooking crystal clear seas and golden sandy beaches off to both
sides. It is
peaceful, yet only a brief stroll from the center of the historic and cultural
town. The hotel is flanked by medieval buildings, a small
fisherman's port, and a sixteenth century palace.
Elegance succinctly describes the rooms (all with marvelous views), the restaurant, the bar, the sun terrace,
and the
lounges.
Villa Sirio was the summer
house of a patrician family of Campania. The present owners Alfonso and
Rosalinda Tortora, while maintaining the
characteristics of the old patrician house, have transformed it into an elegant
yet comfortable villa hotel where the teaming of old and modern gives a pleasant relaxing
sensation.
